Martha Allen Fewless

Martha Allen Fewless passed away July 5, 2012, at St Elizabeth’s Hospital in Appleton, Wi. She was a resident at the Chilton Care Center. Martha was born on June 20, 1923, in Dallas, Wi to parents Walter and Mae Miller. She married James Allen on July 14, 1941, and resided in Sioux Creek farming with her husband until moving to Clayton, Wi where they also farmed and raised their family until retiring from farming and moving to Brillion, Wi where they both worked at the Brillion Iron Works until their retirement. They then moved to the Amberg area where they remained un the passing of James on July 11, 1986. Martha remarried Vernon Fewless on Janurary 27, 1997, and lived in Goodman, Wi until Vernon’s passing on March 2, 2004. Martha then moved back to the Amberg area where she lived until moving to Chilton, Wi where she remained until her passing. Martha loved gardening and mostly her flowers. She also enjoyed fishing and hunting. She loved her family and enjoyed her many grandchildren. She will be remembered by family and friends as a hard worker and a good neighbor. She will enter into her next life being greeted by James, Vernon, Randy (son) Rodney (son) and her parents Walter and Mae whom all proceeded her in death. Martha leaves behind her children Roger Allen Wausaukee Wi Aloma Carlson (Richard) Chilton Wi Reva Elias (Scott) Wausaukee Wi Julie Allen (Dave) Forest Junction Wi and James Allen of DePere Wi She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 25 great grand children and 1 great great granddaughter. Mom we will miss you dearly, but we know your at peace and back to dancing the waltz with Dad. Services will be in Dallas, Wi at the Dallas Lutheran Church on July 21 at 1 pm (Change in date)
