BRILLION – AriensCo has completed the purchase of the former Brillion Iron Works (BIW) property through the formation of a new company, Brillion Works LLC.
The closing took place last Friday and was announced publicly by Dan Ariens at Monday’s 4 millionth sno-thro event.
The company has long-term plans that will take place over the next several years to redevelop the 140-acre property.
Initial plans call for development zones that will include light manufacturing, commercial and residential areas. AriensCo is currently renovating one of the buildings on the site, establishing a third facility located in the city that is dedicated to manufacturing and order fulfillment.
