County ZZ fix moved up to 2016

The Brillion News

WRIGHTSTOWN – At a meeting on July 28 in Wrightstown, a Brown County highway engineer said County ZZ will be reconstructed between the village limits and Meadowlark Road, in the Town of Wrightstown in 2016.

The county highway division planned to do it in 2019 as a part of rebuilding the highway from State 57/32 in Rockland south to the village, but engineer Paul Fontechhio said the roadway south of Meadowlark is sliding into the Fox River and it has to be rebuilt as soon as possible.

More information of the project, and its new urgency, will appear in the August 6 print edition of The Brillion News.
