Reedsville School Board holding special meeting this Tuesday

Editor's note: A previous version of this story stated that the primary topic of the meeting was the resignation of teachers. The contracts of new teachers will be approved at the meeting, but that is not why the meeting was called.

REEDSVILLE - The Reedsville Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 14, in the junior/senior high school library.

The primary topic is discussion of the elementary school facility and the 10-year capital improvement plan.

The meeting is open to the public but does not include an item for public engagement. The district web site notes that public participation - an open forum of 15 minutes - is limited to "regular" school board meetings.

Tuesday's meeting is noticed as a special board meeting.
