REEDSVILLE – It was all Reedsville on Thursday as the Panthers’ girls basketball team cruised to 65-32 home win against Saint Mary Central.
Reedsville’s was hot on both ends of the court right from the start, outscoring SMC 19-4 in the first quarter, and then extending that lead to 32-12 at halftime.
The game was never in doubt the rest of the way.
Hannah Roffers and Shelby Otto did the most damage on offense, with each scoring a team-high 12 points.
Riley Grimm, meanwhile, had 10 points – eight of which came in a strong first period, while Brenna Kiekhaefer added eight points and Kelsey Stadler and Faith Lubner each had six.
