She was born on February 10, 1931 in Rantoul, daughter of the late Henry and Emma (Last) Dallmann Sr. On November 26, 1955 she married Lawrence “Sonny” Bratz at Trinity Lutheran Church, Rantoul. Clifford L. Behnke, age 74, died Monday, October 27, 2025, at River's Bend Health Services, Manitowoc.  He was born on March 11, 1951, the son of Milton and Ruth Behnke of Brillion.
