David “Dave” John Demske, 70, of De Pere, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Born June 1, 1956, at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay, Dave was the son of the late Arthur and June (Etmanczyk) Demske. He remained deeply connected to his roots throughout his life, spending his years on the family land in De Pere that has been in the Demske family since 1915. Leo K. Skattebo, age 88, a former Brillion resident, died Sunday, June 28, 2026 at Rocky Knoll Health Care Center, Plymouth where he resided this past year. He was born February 12, 1938 in the Town of Liberty, son of the late Olvin and Sophia (Halderson) Skattebo. Leo was confirmed in 1953 at Valders Evangelical Lutheran Church and he was a graduate of Valders High School. Wilford B. Zeamer, 90, of Beaver Dam passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Clearview Nursing and Rehabilitation in Juneau, Wisconsin. Wilford was born on May 24, 1936, in Brown County, Wisconsin, the son of Bernard and Marcella “Sally” (Jandrey) Zeamer. Donald Jerome Schmidt, age 92, of Kaukauna, formerly of Askeaton, was called to his heavenly home on June 16, 2026. He was born on August 23, 1933. Don was raised by his Grandma (Mary Timmers Schmidt), whom he knew as Ma.
