AriensCo is hosting a “Dealer Summit” next week that will bring hundreds of people from around the world, boosting events-related businesses in Brillion and Green Bay.

BRILLION — AriensCo is hosting its annual Dealer Summit in Brillion and Green Bay next week. The event will draw hundreds of outdoor power equipment dealers to Wisconsin, providing a boost to events and hospitality-related businesses in the region.

In the past, AriensCo has held the event at venues around the country but decided to bring the Summit back to Wisconsin this year to help provide a much-needed lift for local businesses. The event kicks off Sunday and runs through Wednesday, which will increase activities at local hotel, convention center, food and beverage, and travel companies.

“It has been a challenging year for the events and hospitality industries in Wisconsin. By hosting our Dealer Summit in Brillion and Green Bay, we are hoping to generate more economic activities in our home state,” said Dan Ariens, Chairman and CEO of AriensCo. “We are expecting more than 450 of our dealer partners from around the country to attend this Summit, as well as additional partners and employees from around the globe. We plan to host them at a variety of venues across the state.”

Several events will take place at AriensCo Hospitality event spaces in Brillion, including the new Stone Prairie and Round Lake Farm venues. Additional events are planned at Lambeau Atrium, KI Center, Hyatt Regency and Hotel Northland, among others. Activities include educational programming, a supplier trade show, awards show, product demonstrations, networking events and factory tours.

AriensCo plans to highlight its industry-leading innovations in electric machines and battery technology that were developed in-house, as well its sophisticated manufacturing, education and support operations — all of which are located in Brillion. The company will also be showcasing the massive conservation project at its headquarters that restored hundreds of acres of native Wisconsin ecosystem and recently earned a certification from the Wildlife Habitat Council.

“Our Wisconsin roots go back a full century, and we are very proud to call the state home,” Ariens said. “We are excited to bring so many of our business partners here to experience it for themselves. We truly hope that in doing so, other businesses in this region can see a boost, too.”
