The Brillion News TOWN OF CHILTON – A 77-year-old De Pere man was killed at the scene of a three-car crash at the intersection of State Highway 57 and Schneider Road in the Town of Chilton on Monday night. The Brillion News Kenneth Manning Nelson is the suspect in the Town of Brillion murder.   Nelson was booked into Calumet County Jail on Wednesday, Jan. 21, at 5:33 p.m.   The booking came around seven hours after authorities were called to a residence in the W2000 block of County Trunk Highway HR.
