Brillion 'super' pick expected May 26

THE SCHOOL BOARD WILL MEET AT 5 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 26

BRILLION - The Brillion Board of Education is meeting in speciall session on Wednesday, May 26, at 5 p.m. and hiring a new superintendent of schools is on the short agenda.


The board will go into closed session to deal with two items: Superintendent hiring and contract approval, and school bussing contract approval.


The board will then return to open session to act on the closed session items.



In addition, the board will act on the resignation of Kaylie Litscher Dux, a miffle school special education teacher, and Emily Abel, an elementary school teacher


The Brillion News has information from a reliable source that the new superintendent is currently a school principal from the Fox Cities area and is licensed to work as a district administrator.


The school board meeting is open to the public - except when the board recuses itself into closed session - and will be held in the Brillion Elementary/Middle School Commons, at 315 S. Main Street. Attendees should use ENTRANCE X.
