The good news is that Bay Port High School was sniffing around for a non-conference wrestling dual for Tuesday, December 15, and found Wrightstown left in the lurch, abandoned at the altar when Coleman lost some wrestlers to ye old COVID-19 virus.
So now Wrightstown High School will be host Marinette High School basketball in a North Eastern Conference battle (varsity, JV1 and JV2) at the WHS Field House, with the varsity game at 7 p.m.
Meanwhile, the WHS varsity wrestling team will host Bay Port at 6 p.m. at the old Wrightstown High School, the current Wrightstown Middle School.
