CHILTON - The Calumet County Circuit Court returned to Phase Three of its COVID-19 Operating Plan as of Monday, January 18.
In-person processing of all cases, including jury trials, have resumed.

The status change was announced on January 20.
Pertinent, jury-specific safety precautions are in place, as well as general COVID-19 safety measures applicable to the public.
When appropriate, remote appearances will continue to be utilized to the greatest extent possible.
The Calumet County Circuit Court actively monitors local COVID-19 conditions and said it would respond appropriately to a change in conditions, if warranted
