TOWN OF MORRISON - The Highway Division of the Brown County Department of Public Works plans to close a section of County Z for three weeks for culvert installation work.
County Z, or Park Road, will be closed from County NN west to Fairview Road beginning on Monday, September 20 at 6 a.m. and continuing through Friday, October 8, at 4 p.m.
County NN is the dividing line between Brown and Manitowoc counties and between the Town of Morrison on the west and Town of Cooperstown on the east.
Fairview Road, which marks the western end of the project area, is located east of Way-Morr County Park.
The terrain is a low marshy woodlands area.
There will be no marked detour during the project, however drivers can get around the closed road section by using Lark Road, Mill Road or Wayside Road to get from County G to County NN.
