The town meetings were moved from the town hall in Askeaton to the fire station garage, to allow for physical distancing.
The agenda for the meeting includes consideration of a new location for voting in the November general election. Voting normally takes place at the small town hall on County Z (Hill Road) in Askeaton.
The town will also hold a 6:30 p.m. public hearing on Tuesday at the fire station on a request to rezone parcel HL-227-2 from exclusive agricultural use to ag residential. The parcel, of 6+ acres, is on Holland Road, just east of Hollandtown.
