Man arrested after high-speed chase

MANITOWOC - A 34-year old Sheboygan man, Michael Bowen, was arrested at the end of a high speed chase that began in Manitotow on Tuesday evening, May 26, and ended in Sheboygan.


It all began when Manitowoc Police observed a suspected drug deal. When the officer tried to stop the vehicle, it took off and led police and sheriff's deputies on a pursuit that reached 105 miles per hour.

The incident brought responses from Manitowoc and Sheboygan Police, the Wisconsin State Patrol, and sheriff's deputies from Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties.

The suspect's vehicle collided with a park car during the chase. No one was injured.
