Annet was born on September 22, 1936 in De Pere, daughter of the late Herman and Wilhelmina “Minnie” (Laabs) Bratz. Annet also watched finches and humming birds and enjoyed spending time with her family. Annet was a very active member of the Christian Mothers at church where she often helped at meals, meetings, and church events. She was a member of the Bloedorn Becker Jensen American Legion Auxiliary, Brillion.
