Charles “Chuck” Geiger, age 62, went to join his loving parents in Heaven on March 12, 2019.
He was born on April 2, 1956 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, son of the late Elmer and Bernice (Wessel) Geiger. Chuck’s early life was spent growing up in Brillion, where he graduated from Brillion High School as part of the Class of 1975. He then moved to Appleton, Wis., where he held various jobs with the most recent job being with Rogan’s Shoes in Appleton where he worked until his retirement last year. Early on Chuck enjoyed model building, camping with his family and occasionally fishing; later he spent a great deal of time walking and watching old classic movies especially stories told by HG Wells and Edgar Allan Poe.
He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Bob & Charline Geiger of Brighton, Illinois; his sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl & Terry Berge of Denver, North Carolina; a niece, Allison Geiger and a nephew, Austin Geiger, both of Brighton, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer & Bernice Geiger.
Friends and family may call to gather at a visitation at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. after which all attendees are invited to join the family for lunch at Cobblestone Creek Restaurant in Brillion. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery, Brillion
