OBITUARY: Eunice M. Seefeldt

Eunice M. Seefeldt, age 85, was called to her Savior on Monday, June 25, 2018.

She was born on May 12, 1933, daughter of the late Adolf and Lyla (Fischer) Wunsch. She married Herman L. Seefeldt on October 27, 1951. They enjoyed 42 years of marriage until he preceded her in death in 1994. For many years, Eunice farmed with Herman, and in later years, she enjoyed working at Deans Foods. She was passionate about her family, gardening, and crafts. She loved to have family gatherings and always made more than enough food, particularly being well known for her homemade lemonade and rice krispie bars. Eunice and her mother enjoyed making quilts for the entire family. She took enormous pride in her plastic canvas creations and loved to gift them. She also loved to sing and was always up for a good polka dance. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Brillion.

Survivors include her children, David Seefeldt, Jonathon (Julie) Seefeldt, Andrew (Jillaine) Seefeldt, Marion Seefeldt and special friend Glen Guell, 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several step grandchildren and great grandchildren, a brother Glen Wunsch and many other relatives and friends. Eunice was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Herman, an infant son James, an infant great grandson Carter Seefeldt, a sister Marcella Zeman, and a sister-in-law Joan Wunsch.

Funeral service ill be held on Monday, July 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Brillion. The Rev. Ross Henzi and Rev. Phillip Janisch will officiate. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Monday from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 601 East National Ave. Brillion.
