OBITUARY: James F. Tarnawa

James F. Tarnawa, age 58, of Brillion, died on Friday April 12, 2019 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay.

He was born on May 21, 1960 in New York, son of Patricia K (Brake) Tarnawa and the late Alfred J. Tarnawa. James served in the U.S. Air Force at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita KS for 20 years. He later worked at Hummels Office Supply in New York and the Ariens Co. in Brillion. He was a member of the Becker Bloedorn Jensen American Legion Post 126 of Brillion.

Survivors include 2 sons, Alex Tarnawa of Brillion, Justin Tarnawa of Jacksonville FL. His mother Patricia, a brother David Tarnawa of Schuyler NY 2 sisters, Denise Christman of Herkimer NY and Jodi, an aunt, Irene Tarnawa of Schuyler NY and other relatives and friends. James was preceded in death by his father Alfred.

Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 24th at 2:00 p.m. at the Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion. Father Tom Pomeroy will officiate.
