Obituary: John P. "Jack" Eiles

John P. "Jack" Eiles, age 64 of Menchalville, passed away late Sunday evening, March 26, 2023 at the Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, after a brief illness.



Jack was born in Maple Grove on April 3, 1958 to LeRoy & JoAnne (Dietrich) Eiles. He attended St. Patrick's grade school in Maple Grove and graduated from Reedsville High School with the class of 1976. Jack was employed with Keller Inc. for 30 years, retiring in 2017. He was a member of the Menchalville Volunteer Fire Department for 40 years, and also served as past Fire Chief of the department. He was also a member of the Kellnersville 1st Responders for several years. Jack enjoyed deer hunting, and will be remembered as a Die-Hard Cubs fan.


Survivors include two brothers & a sister: Tom (Donna) Eiles of Kellnersville, Jane Eiles of Maple Grove, and Rick (Jill) Eiles of Whitelaw; his niece & nephews: Lisa (Jason) Podgorski, Jeff (Sarah) Eiles, Steven (Sean) Eiles, Sam Eiles, and Ben Eiles; along with his beloved dog, Willy. He is further survived by his godchildren: niece, Lisa; Matthew Schenian and Jackson Stetson; many special friends and neighbors, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, LeRoy and JoAnne Eiles.


The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Kellnersville, Sunday afternoon, April 2, 2023 from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. A prayer service led by his cousin, Fr. Bill Hoffman will conclude the visitation at 3:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
