Obituary: Lori Lynn Hackbarth

Lori Lynn Hackbarth, age 50, of Brillion, passed away Monday, May 16, 2022 at her home.

Lori was born on November 28, 1971 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Gale and Theresa (Behnke) Gretz. On September 26, 1998 she married Steven J. Hackbarth at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. Lori graduated from Lakeshore Technical College in 1993 as a radiology technician. She worked briefly at Holy Family Memorial in Manitowoc and then 25 years at St. Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay. Lori was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Brillion. Lori enjoyed photography, family get togethers, going for walks, and above all else, she loved her children and watching them participate in sports and school activities.

Survivors include her two children: Courtney Hackbarth (friend Zach Collins), Pittsburgh, PA, Jacob Hackbarth, Menasha; one brother: Gary (Regina) Behnke, Potter; Uncle & Aunt: Bill and Janice Behnke, Reedsville. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Services will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Brillion. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Tom Pomeroy.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at church from 4:30 p.m. until 6:15 p.m.
