Obituary: Marcia Kasten

Marcia Kasten, 86, of De Pere, Wisconsin, was called to her eternal home on March 1, 2023.

Marcia was born on June 2, 1936 in Brillion, Wisconsin, to the late Edgar and Leona (Ebert) Wolf. She was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran in Brillion. She attended Trinity Lutheran Grade School and was a graduate of Brillion High School. On December 15, 1956, Marcia married the love of her life, Roger Kasten. After their children were in school, Marcia was employed at Kasson Cheese, United Healthcare, and humbly served others as a caregiver for Home Instead.

She was a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church in Wayside where she was involved in many of the church/school ministries. She enjoyed baking, playing cards, dancing and taught sewing, knitting, and crocheting! Above all, she cherished time with her family, as her home was the go-to house.
