September 6, 1946 – October 17, 2026

Margaret Jane Moseley Radloff, born September 6, 1946, in Longview, Texas, passed away on October 17, 2026. She lived a life marked by curiosity, determination, and an enduring love for family, animals, and adventure.

Margaret graduated from Van High School in Van, Texas, where she was a member of the marching band and had the memorable opportunity to perform at the Cotton Bowl. She later earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from The University of Texas at Arlington and built a distinguished 28-year career at Alcon Laboratories as a consumer affairs advocate.

Outside of her professional life, Margaret was an accomplished horsewoman who enjoyed Western pleasure and trail riding and competed in barrel racing. Her favorite horse was Sawbucks Jubilee. She also raised and bred corgis and shared a deep affection for all her animals, especially her beloved corgi, Megan. Margaret embraced adventure, rarely passed up an opportunity to try something new, and especially enjoyed traveling with her husband, Bob.

Margaret is survived by the love of her life, Robert L. “Bob” Radloff of Weatherford. They married in 1986 at the Coco Palms Resort on the Hawaiian island of Kauai. They loved traveling together, and Maui, Hawaii, held a special place in their hearts. She was the mother of Shannon Mewherter and her husband, Richard, of Aledo, Texas, and Jenni Huffenberger and her husband, Jason, of Plano, Texas.

She was a proud and loving grandmother to Gabrielle Shultz, Shannon’s daughter; Luke and Tatum Jane Huffenberger, Jenni and Jason’s children; and Preston and Aiden Mewherter, Richard’s sons. She is also survived by her stepbrother, William “Bill” Foster; his wife, Sue; and their children, J.D. and Roseann.

Margaret was preceded in death by her father, Bruce Miles Moseley; her mother, Oleta Moseley Foster; her brother, Bruce Miles Moseley II; and her sisters, Elizabeth Moseley and Julia Moseley.

Margaret will be remembered for her adventurous spirit, her many accomplishments, and the steadfast devotion she showed to those she loved. Her warmth, determination, and love of life will remain with her family and all who knew her.

A service honoring Margaret’s life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 5, at Aledo United Methodist Church, with a reception to follow at the church. The Rev. Joel Robbins will officiate. Pallbearers will be Richard, Aiden, and Preston Mewherter; Jason and Luke Huffenberger; and Bill Foster. A private interment will take place at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Margaret’s memory to the Manna Room food pantry at Aledo United Methodist Church or The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
