Parade, fireworks on tap for week of Fourth

A number of area events tied to the celebration of Independence Day are coming up. They include:

TUESDAY, JULY 3

1. Appleton fireworks at dusk at Appleton Memorial Park

2. Kellnersville fireworks at dusk at the KBA Ball Park. Games and entertainment beginning at 6 p.m.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 4

1. Hilbert fireworks at dusk. 4th of July Picnic at Civic Park from 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Hilbert Firemen’s Parade, Main Street and Seventh Street, starting at 11 a.m. Bands performing at the picnic include Branded (country band, 1-4:30 p.m., bandstand), 2/5 Party Band (polka, 1-4:30 p.m., pavilion building); FBI & The Untouchable Horns (funk show band, 6-9:30 p.m. bandstand).

2. Green Bay fireworks, downtown on Fox River, at dusk.

3. Manitowoc fireworks, South Pier, at 9:30 p.m.

4. Neenah Riverside Park and Menasha Jefferson Park, fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

5. Two Rivers fireworks, Walsh Field, at dusk

SATURDAY, JULY 7

1. Braun’s Deer Run, Brillion, fireworks at dusk
