REEDSVILLE – A rural Hilbert woman died of injuries she suffered when she was struck by a car on U.S. 10, just east of County W, early Sunday morning, July 14, in the Village of Reedsville.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to the scene just after 3:20 a.m. and found that 31-year old Joanna Marie Harrell has been walking west on 10 when she was struck by an eastbound 2007 Chrysler sedan. The driver of the car was identified as 36-year old Jamar Golden, of Two Rivers. He and his passenger, a 30-year old Manitowoc man, were not injured.
