WRIGHTSTOWN - St. John Ev. Lutheran Church in Wrightstown has sold its century old church building to a private party buyer and will be moving its worship services to Greenleaf, where the WELS congregation, St. Paul Ev. Lutheran, is in the process of reuniting with St. John..

St. John will use the Greenleaf church building for worship until its new campus on Plum Road (County D), just south of State 96, is developed.

The new owner of the Wrightstown church building will not us it for religious purposes - but there is a Wrightstown connection.

By 2023 at the latest, the congregation will have a new school on Plum Road - with classrooms, offices, a commons and gym. Once the building opens, the congregation plans to worship there, and sell the Greenleaf church building.
