The manhunt for him began after he allegedly defrauded an elderly rural Brown County couple out of thousands of dollars to seal their driveway - then skipped out after taking their money.
Formal charges are expected on Wednesday of Thursday in Brown County Circuit Court. The jail booking lists Miller as behind held for felony theft by fraud/misrepresentation. He is being held without bond pending his first court appearance.
