TOWN OF HOLLAND - The Brown County Solid Waste Board will meet on Monday, November 16, at the new South Brown County Landfill that is under construction southwest of Greenleaf on Mill Road (County IL)
The meeting, at 1258 County IL, will include a ceremony to sign an amended joint agreement on waste management between Brown, Outagamie and Winnebago counties.
The meeting begins at 1 p.m. and includes an update on the county's 2021 plans for the new South Landfill, which is slated to begin taking solid waste from all three counties in the near future.
In the event of inclement weather, the meeting will take place in Ashwaubenon, at the Port & Resource Recovery Department's offices, 2561 S. Broadway, Green Bay 54304. It is a meeting held in public, and the agenda does not include notice of any closed session.
