U.S. 10 to get road work beginning July 28

The Brillion News

TOWN OF BRILLION – Drivers using U.S. 10 from Forest Junction east to the Calmet-Manitowoc county line will face some delays for three days.

The state Department of transportation said highway work crews will be crack-filling on eastbound and westbound lanes of U.S. 10 from State 5732 at the Forest Junction roundabout east through the City of Brillion to the county line at Long Lake Road.

The work will take place daily between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m., Tuesday, July 28, through Thursday, July 30.

Flagging operation will govern traffic flow through these work zones on U.S. 10. All maintenance operations are weather dependent.

Motorists are warned to stay alert, slow down and be mindful of workers on the highway and its right of way.

Maintenance operation schedules can change due to weather and maintenance crew manpower. For up-to-date maintenance schedules and locations in northeast Wisconsin, please see the highway maintenance traffic impact website at https://projects.511wi.gov/maintain-ne/schedule/.
