US 10 closing in Whitelaw for 2 days

WHITELAW - The state Department of Transportation (DOT) is advising drivers of the impact on westbound US 10 traffic in the village of Whitelaw for sanitary sewer repair.  

Village of Whitelaw contractors will be repairing a sanitary sewer lateral under US 10 between County S and Oak Street in the village of Whitelaw beginning 6 a.m., Monday, Jan. 13 through 5 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 14.

Traffic impacts are as follows: Westbound US 10 will be CLOSED to traffic at the site of the sewer repair from 6 a.m. Monday, Jan. 13 to 5 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 14. A detour will direct westbound US 10 motorists to follow County S to County JJ to County J. Eastbound US 10 between County S and Oak Street will remain OPEN to traffic.
