Volley This: Brillion, Reedsville, Wrightstown advance

Brillion, Reedsville and Wrightstown all won their volleyball regional quarterfinal games to open WIAA post-season play on Tuesday. Hilbert advanced with an opening round bye* in Division 4.

In Division 2, Wrightstown beat Sturgeon Bay 25-16, 25-15 and 25-9 and will play Luxemburg-Casco at 7 p.m. Thursday at Luxemburg. The

Spartans beat T’Rivers 3-0.

In Division 3, Brillion beat Mishicot 3-2, with scored of 25-14, 24-26, 25-9 and 25-15. The Lions will play at Kewaunee on Thursday at 7 p.m. The Storm swept Gibraltar 3-0.

Also in Division 3, Reedsville beat Fond du Lac St. Mary Springs 3-1, on scores of 25-27, 25-13, 25-23 and 25-21. The Panthers play at 7 p.m. Thursday at Howards Grove, which swept Kohler 3-0.
