FOREST JUNCTION - Firefighters from Forest Junction, Brillion and Potter started Thursday early with a fire in the garage of a home on Tim Street at 7 a.m.
The fire was knocked down within minutes after the first trucks arrived, and it was confined to the garage of the frame home on the north side of the community.
Brillion Ambulance and Town of Brillion EMS First Responders also attended the fire, along with the Calumet County Sheriff's Department, which closed off the street from Church Street to the west.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was not determined, pending an investigation.

Potter provided the Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) in case any other fire crews would get trapped.
The scene was cleared at 8:15 a.m.
