WAYSIDE – The Wrightstown High School varsity girls’ golf team, playing with the minimum number of players – four – took fourth place in the North Eastern Conference final standings.
Three WHS golfers were named to the All-Conference Second Team: Danielle Bruecker, Esme Moses and Sophie Stengel.
Moses led WHS at the tournament with a 48-54-102. Stengel carded a 50-55-105;

Bruecker a 56-52-108; and Victoria Watzka followed with a 67-58-125.
Wrightstown begins WIAA Division 2 Tournament play at the Little Chute Regional on Wednesday, September 29, at the Mid-Vallee Golf Course in Lawrence, with the first players teeing off at 9 a.m.

That regional feeds into the Wrightstown Sectional, which the Tigers host on Tuesday, October 5, at 9 a.m. at the Hilly Haven Golf Course in Upper Greenleaf.
