Brillion to host Bazaar After Dark market

Jan. 24, 2019

BRILLION – For one night this spring, downtown Brillion will host an event like the city has never seen before.

It will include, but not be limited to, food trucks, live art, fire breathers, body painters, local businesses, live music and a beer garden. Dogs are even invited, too.

“Bazaar is a family friendly street market that will transform our downtown into a weird and wonderful temporary marketplace that will make people of all ages smile,” Brillion Chamber of Commerce President Amy Myers said.

The event has been a popular one in the Fox Valley. It’s drawn more than 28,000 people in its last three events. It will piggyback off the weekend long Rock the Block event that is coming to town through Habitat for Humanity. Rock the Block will take place the week before the market.

Myers says it was easy to bring the event to town in combination with the Rock the Block event.

“Bazaar After Dark is dedicated to revitalizing and drawing positive attention to underutilized and underappreciated business districts in our area,” Myers said.

Specific dates and street locations will be announced at a later date.
