As we continue to navigate the current changes and challenges of our world, we want our patients and community to know we remain committed to the safety and health of our patients and staff. Due to current CDC recommendations regarding COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily postpone routine eye care.
Starting Monday, March 23rd, Community Eyecare will be limiting our appointments to urgent care only at all our locations. If you need to pick up glasses or contacts, you MUST call ahead to schedule a time to come in. We are not accepting any walk-ins until further notice. If you have an appointment scheduled in the next few weeks, our team members will be contacting you to reschedule.
In the event you need immediate care, please call our offices directly to schedule an appointment. Our doctors will be on call and here for you in the event you need urgent care.
If you need to pick up materials at our Brillion office, it will be open Monday-Thursday from 11:00-5:00 and Friday from 10:00-4:00 until further notice. Please call our Brillion office at 920-756-2020 to schedule a time to come in.
The health and safety of our patients and staff is our top priority and we want to sincerely thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
Sincerely,
-Dr. Micah Juedes, OD
