Hearing Tuesday on Hilbert grant application

HILBERT – The Village of Hilbert is holding a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2, as a part of the process of trying for a federal Community Development Block Grant.

The village is seeking funds to aid in community development. The agenda includes:

  1. Presentation of identified community development needs

  2. Identification of needs by the public

  3. A presentation on the project proposed by the village

  4. Citizen input on the proposal.

The program proposed by the village is designed to assist low to moderate income households with repairs to improve their quality of living.
