Hilbert FD Picnic to feature car show, rides, games

HILBERT – The Hilbert Fire Department has set Saturday, Sept. 9, for its Firemen’s Picnic this year at Hilbert Civic Park.

The picnic runs all day, and includes a car show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with prizes for best of show, first, second and third places.

There will also be a co-ed blind volleyball tournament, with team registration at 9 a.m. and action beginning at 10 a.m.

Tomorrow’s Eve entertains from 7 to 11 p.m.
