Obituary: John P. Niles

John P. Niles, III, age 67, of Brillion, passed away at his home on Friday, June 23, 2023.

John was born on December 25, 1955 in Green Bay, son of the late John D. and Joan (LeCoque) Niles II. He was a graduate of Brillion High School. John worked at Brillion Iron works until his retirement. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his best friend Doug Koehler.

Survivors include his two siblings: Jeff Niles, Fond du Lac, Jayne (Kenneth) Huey, San Diego, CA; two brothers-in-law: Gerald Dix, Brillion, Jim Schwabenlender, New London; nieces and nephews: Heather, Michael, Kelly, Joleen, Jason, William and Tory. Many great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Judy Dix and Juanita Schwabenlender.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 7, 2023 at Pielhop Wieting Funeral Home, Brillion, with burial to follow at Holy Family Catholic Cemetery, Brillion.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Friday, July 7, 2023 at the Pielhop Wieting Funeral Home, Brillion, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.
