Olivia attended Fox Valley Technical College, graduating from both the Dental Assistant and Dental Hygiene programs. While studying, she worked as a dental assistant at Partnership Community Dental Center, and upon earning her Associate Degree, she began her career as a dental hygienist with Downtowne Dental Group in Appleton. She was deeply passionate about providing excellent care for her patients and cherished the close bonds she formed with her coworkers.

Olivia embraced life with energy and dedication. In her early youth, she swam for the Brillion Community Swim Team. She was a member of the 4-H Club for over 10 years, where she explored her creativity in many ways. She loved writing and won a contest for a story about her siblings showing chickens, earning a pair of Welsummer chickens, the official Kellogg’s rooster. She also enjoyed decorating cakes for 4-H and for family birthdays, including a unicorn cake for Lily’s fourth birthday and her well-loved two-cow fondant cake. Olivia proudly played the violin with the New Horizons Orchestra and extended her care beyond her community on a mission trip to Haiti, where she provided dental care to those in need. She also found joy in serving at the church coffee bar, spending time with loved ones over card games, and watching Lily’s ballet performances.

In 2013, Olivia met Adam Jacobs, and the two began dating. They were married on July 15, 2017, in Brillion and spent the next eight years building a loving home together as devoted members of Faith Alliance Church. Adam and Olivia shared a deep partnership built on love, faith, and mutual support, and their proudest blessing was raising their daughter, Lily. Olivia found joy in the people around her, her family, friends, church, and community.

Olivia enjoyed taking walks with her dog, Brooks, going to the zoo, spending time at a park, and going for a swim with her beloved daughter, Lily. Most of all, she treasured the life she built with Adam and Lily. Being a wife and mother was at the heart of who she was, and the bond they shared was full of love, laughter, and lasting memories.

Those who knew Olivia will remember her radiant smile, selfless nature, and the way she always put others first. She had a big heart and freely gave her time and love. Whether with family, patients, friends, or her wider community, Olivia’s kindness and joy left a lasting impact on everyone she met.

She is survived by her husband, Adam; her daughter, Lillian Jacobs; her mother, Fay Beach; her parents-in-law, Jerry and Barb Jacobs; and her siblings: Jessica Beach, Sara (Tony) Patrick, Jacqueline Beach, Nicholas Beach and his special friend, Anne, Jonathan Beach, Emilia Beach and her fiancé, Luka, Vanessa (Zachary) Schmidt, and Frank (Ryan) Paul. She is also survived by her siblings-in-law: Brian (Lauren) Jacobs, Corey (Laura) Jacobs, Derrek (Kelsey) Jacobs, and Kristin (Tyler) Aron, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Olivia was preceded in death by her father, Francis; her infant child, Asher; and several aunts and uncles.

Her funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13, at the Wieting Home in Chilton, with Rev. James Jansen officiating. She is buried at the St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery in Hilbert. A recording of the service is available for viewing on the Wieting website.
