OBITUARY: William “Bill” Bessert

William “Bill” Bessert, was reunited with his wife, Gertrude on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the age of 93.

Loving dad of Bruce (Karla), David, Carolyn (Joel) Brutlag, Sherry (David) Marose, Timothy (Betsy), Margaret (Kurt) Leapley, Michael (Gianna), and the late Pamela.  Brother of Harvey, Ronald, and Loretta Schroeder.  Further survived by his 19 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

After following his father as a farmer, Bill spent many years serving as a teacher/principal in Lutheran School Ministry.  He continued to share his faith until he went home to Jesus.

Visitation Saturday, December 30 at BROOKFIELD LUTHERAN CHURCH,  18500 W. Burleigh, Brookfield, from 2-3:45 PM.  Funeral Service 4 PM.
