BRILLION - The Lions have a long list of goals this season. So far, they've crossed two off the list - conference champions and now regional champions.

Brillion beat Kiel 63-45 in the regional final on Saturday night inside of a packed Brillion gymnasium.

"It's a pretty good feeling (knowing) you're doing what you wanted to do with the goals you set at the beginning of the year. You're still on track," senior guard Bennett Olson said.

The Lions led at halftime 27-22 then started the second half on a 16-0 scoring run. Brillion controlled the rest of the game.

It was the third season in a row the Lions won a regional title. They beat Chilton 64-43 on Friday night in the regional semifinal.

The Lions will now play #6 Campbellsport at Denmark on Thursday, March 7, at 7 p.m. in the sectional semifinal.
