McD’s recalls wristbands

McDonald’s Restaurants has recalled the STEP-iT activity wristbands that were distributed through children’s Happy Meals at its restaurants between August 9 and August 17.

Pre-distribution testing showed no concerns, however there have been reports of skin irritations or burns. The  company is asking people to take them away from children and return them to a McDonald’s restaurant for a different toy, yogurt tube or bag of apple slices.
