New industry tops Wrightstown village board

WRIGHTSTOWN - Major additions to the Village of Wrightstown's industrial base are on the village board agenda for May 18 at 6 p.m.

After a closed session break midway through the meeting, the board will deal with developers' agreements for Alliance Plastics, Drexel Systems Manufacturing, MM Cold Storage and River Valley Industries.

The village board is also expected to approve the site plan for a huge apartment complex on the west side of County U.

It will also discuss the need for an ordinance amendment to allow trustees to meet as a "committee of the whole" in the future.

The board is also expected to act on a project to build a new public parking lot under the State 96 Bridge on the east side of the Fox River - to serve the downtown business district and the Mueller Park Boat Ramp.
