UWGB professor offers pandemic psychology

The Brillion News

GREEN BAY - UW-Green Bay Assistant Professor Elif Ikizer, who teaches psychology, is a contributor to the new and timely book “Together Apart: The Psychology of COVID-19.”

The authors argue in the introduction that human behaviors are the keys to controlling the spread of infection right now.

The chapters in the book consider what elements of psychology and behavioral science could promote actions that work toward the common good. Prof. Ikizer is co-author of the chapter “Common Identity and Humanity.” Given the critical nature of the information and the importance of quick dissemination, Sage Publishing has made the the unedited draft of the book available for free personal download access at https://socialsciencespace.com/2020/05/addressing-the-psychology-of-together-apart-free-book-download/
